REMOVE
5 BOLTS AND
REMOVE THE DRIVE TIRE
The simple, 5-bolt
arrangement that
holds the drive tire in
place makes service or
replacement quick and
easy. Some trucks
must be elevated to
service the drive tire. With this design,
simply remove 5 bolts and the drive
tire can be removed through
the frame access cover opening.

DESIGNED FOR QUICK REMOVAL
If it ever becomes nessary to
remove the drive unit assembly,
it has been designed for easy
removal. A frame access cutout
allows the service staff to simply
slide the entire assembly out of
the truck after removing six bolts, electric
and brake lines.

The drive motor and brake are
mounted in a vertical column for
excellent cooling and reliability.
A single drum brake acts through
the drive unit gear reducer, giving
brake effort multiplication and
reducing operator pedal effort.
